For tubers, e.g. potato

1. Add BIP-2 package contents to 5 liter of water to make a stock solution.
2. Dilute the stock solution ten times or more as needed for submerging tubers to be cultivated in one hectare of land.
3. Submerge tubers in the dilute solution or, alternatively, add the solution to the container of tubers.
4. Sow wet tubers by hand or machine as desired.
5. Water the cultivated land as soon as possible.
